We are looking for a Business Analyst who has great attention to detail, loves to solve problems and is able to collaborate with a broad range of internal and external stakeholders. In this role you will be working within the Cruise & Touring team, collaborating between the external vendor and internal business requirements to ensure successful delivery of touring products to all global brands.
- Gather and document business requirements and translate them into functional specifications
- Develop use cases and process flows to support the development of software solutions
- Conduct stakeholder interviews to understand business needs and pain points
- Collaborate with stakeholders to ensure that project objectives are aligned with business goals
- Facilitate communication between business and technical teams
- Create business cases and cost-benefit analyses to support business opportunities
- Participate in user acceptance testing and ensure that solutions meet business requirements
- Develop and maintain system documentation and training materials
You'll be perfect for the role, if you have:
- Minimum 2+ years professional experience in a business analyst role
- Experience within travel or other internet-scale environments
- Experience with external vendors and internal stakeholders
- Strong understanding of the travel or retail industry
- Background knowledge in discipline areas such as, requirements gathering process, design and architecture, etc
- Analytical skills and problem-solving skills
- Knowledge in business process re-engineering and improvement
- Strong facilitation skills
- Good quality documentation skills, both technical and non-technical
- Strong business acumen and critical thinking skills
