Day in the life:

• Proactively network and build relationships with business development and account management teams, and internal subject matter experts across the region/globally
• Develop a strong knowledge and keep up to date of the company’s products, solutions and other aspects of the company’s platforms to effectively understand and respond to clients’ requests
• Review RFP documentation/s upon release to understand the scope of clients’ requirements, highlight red flags to the pursuit leader and team, and help define strategy to win and approach for efficient proposal response development
• Closely collaborate with the Solutions team and Product Managers to ensure accuracy of solutioning scope and capabilities proposed
• Participate in, or lead activities related to proposal development (such as kick-off or catch-up calls, bid or no bid discussions, solutioning, draft reviews, etc.)
• Write executive summaries and responses to RFx’s, ensuring the delivery of comprehensive proposals to secure new business and renew contracts of existing clients.
• Review all proposal documents and content prior to submission, ensuring they’re in the company’s tone of voice and branding
• Craft presentation materials for high profile/value opportunities
• Ensure responses are finalized and submitted timely
• Proactively contribute ideas to refine bid processes and maintain the accuracy of proposal contents in the RFP library (Responsive/RFPIO).

You'll be perfect for the role if you have:

• At least 3 years of bid/proposal writing experience
• Cross-functional and cross-cultural collaboration skills are essential
• Strong organization and time management skills; able to manage a broad range of activities simultaneously across different markets
• Advanced PowerPoint skills for proposal and presentation development
• Adobe InDesign experience a huge advantage (required to develop basic INDD skills)
• Leadership experience to grow the team is a plus
• Business writing skills and mastery of the English written language, including spelling, composition and grammar
• Keen attention to details; strong proofreading and editing skills
• Excellent written/verbal communication and effective listening skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
