We are seeking to appoint an enthusiastic and experienced Research Development Specialist to lead our research development function within the Research Services team located at the Clayton Campus in the new Learning and Teaching Building.
Reporting to the Research Services Manager, you will provide expert advice on the faculty's research strategy to the Associate Dean - Research and the faculty's Research Services Manager to optimise research outcomes for the faculty. You will also develop and lead strategic programs and initiatives to deliver against the faculty's key objectives and key strategic programs pertaining to its research, business and partnership development.

You will have a relevant postgraduate qualification, with extensive and relevant experience or an equivalent combination of relevant experience, and/or education/training in the area of research development.
