An exciting new opportunity exists for a Manager, Marketing Operations and Performance who will be working directly with our Chief Marketing Officer.
The role will focus on the coordination of reporting, internally and externally, as well as hold responsibility for evaluating ‘test and trial’ activity across the Central Marketing division. Being a tenacious, true change agent the successful candidate will ensure SMC progresses on its ambitious transition trajectory and program of continuous improvement - ensuring the whole division is supported for continuous change. The position has three key accountabilities:
- Working with program/project leads and teams across SMC to develop, make recommendations and develop rationale concerning feasibility of ‘test and trial’ activities across the division;
- Drawing information together to form narratives on progress and results from key strategic projects for reporting; and
- Holistic overview and operational management of budget and workforce, training and development and procurement within the division.
The role will depend on your ability to influence, persuade and gain trust, and is an excellent opportunity for you to be able to mould the position under the guidance and development of Fabian Marrone, Chief Marketing Officer.
You will need to be experienced in developing narratives focused on performance and results as well as have strong organisational and analytical skills and the ability to work on multiple projects simultaneously.
