We are looking for a Palliative Care Consultant to join the team!

 

About the Role:

The consultant is an expert Palliative medicine clinician who will provide a comprehensive range of services to patients and their family members who require palliative care in the southern region of Adelaide. In this role, you will provide clinical services of the highest possible standard, applying relevant research to practice, and participating and contributing to undergraduate and post graduate education.

About you:

  • Bachelor of Medicine; Bachelor of Surgery (MBBS) or equivalent.
  • Appropriate Specialist Qualifications and registrable with the Medical Board of Australia as a Medical Practitioner with Specialist registration; or another qualification as defined in the SA Medical Officers Award.
  • Clinical experience and very high level of competence in the practice of Medicine. 
  • Teaching track record. 
  • Demonstrated experience as an effective team leader.
  • Proven ability to communicate effectively with a wide range of people including colleagues and other Professional
