Join us in the role of Senior Occupational Therapist Access and Community Brokerage, where you will make a real impact in the lives of older adults within CO-ACT unit. As a key member of an interdisciplinary team, you will lead the delivery of innovative, patient-centred care for individuals with complex needs. About You

We are seeking a dedicated and skilled Senior Occupational Therapist who brings a wealth of experience and professionalism to this role. You will demonstrate:

  • Strong clinical expertise in managing complex neurological conditions, including acquired brain injuries, with the ability to deliver patient-centred, evidence-based care and make sound clinical decisions independently.
  • Excellent communication and leadership skills, with the ability to foster effective collaboration across diverse, multidisciplinary teams.
  • A commitment to maintaining high standards of clinical practice, with a solid understanding of the needs of individuals from culturally and linguistically diverse backgrounds and those with disabilities.
  • Proven experience in supervising staff, leading projects, and applying legislative requirements such as the Work Health Safety Act 2012, alongside a focus on continuous improvement in clinical services.
