Be part of a dynamic team delivering essential administrative support to the Drug and Alcohol Services SA (DASSA) Northern services

In this pivotal role, you will contribute to DASSA's mission of developing and delivering best-practice strategies to prevent harmful drug use, reduce the harmful effects of licit and illicit drugs, and offer pathways out of harmful drug use.

About the role: 

Reporting to the Regional Manager, you will be responsible for providing efficient reception and administrative support services to the DASSA Southern Service. Your duties will include: Duties for the role will include:

  • Responding to inquiries (face-to-face, telephone, and written) in a helpful, professional, and sensitive manner.
  • Scheduling and rescheduling client appointments.
  • Performing word processing and data entry tasks.
  • Maintaining clinical records functions for DASSA services.
  • Undertaking general administrative tasks associated with the position promptly.

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, enabling you to interact effectively with clients, colleagues, and stakeholders.
  • Strong organisational abilities and a keen eye for detail are essential, as you will be responsible for maintaining accurate records and managing multiple tasks simultaneously.
