About the role

The Senior Coordinator, PPP Central Administration Team is responsible for coordinating and undertaking the delivery of a range of administration functions and services that ensure the delivery of a high quality central administrative and outpatient booking service for SA Medical Imaging (SAMI).

The role coordinates and assists administrative staff within the Central Administrative team in the delivery of client centric services and advice, prioritises and allocates tasks to meet program deliverables and provides a responsive point of contact to investigate and resolve escalated outpatient booking issues and queries.

The Senior Coordinator, PPP Central Administration Team works collaboratively with administrative staff across SAMI and with a range of internal and external stakeholders relative to the Private Provider Panel contractual arrangements.
