You’ll assist with responsibilities such as performance management, recruitment, rostering, and financial planning. About You

We are looking for a dedicated and skilled nursing or midwifery professional to join our team. To excel in this role, you will bring:

  • Qualifications: Registration or eligibility for registration as a Nurse with the Nursing and Midwifery Board of Australia, with a current practising certificate.
  • Skills: Strong communication, problem-solving, conflict resolution, and teamwork skills, with the ability to prioritise tasks, work independently, and adapt creatively to challenges.
  • Experience: At least 3 years of post-registration experience or current classification as a Clinical Nurse/Midwife, with proven expertise in relevant nursing practice and supervising less experienced staff.
  • Knowledge: Solid understanding of relevant legislation, standards, ethics, and quality improvement systems, along with awareness of contemporary nursing/midwifery and healthcare issues.
