Join our team as a Plastics Nurse Consultant and make a significant impact in the field of plastic surgery nursing. In this role, you will provide expert clinical care, advocacy, education, and psychosocial support to patients and communities undergoing plastic surgery. About You

We are seeking a dedicated and experienced nurse to join our team. To succeed in this role, you will bring:

• Strong Leadership and Communication Skills: Proven ability to lead teams, resolve conflicts, negotiate effectively, and foster a positive, supportive environment.
• Clinical Expertise and Experience: At least 3 years post-registration experience, with demonstrated competence in your nursing or midwifery specialty and the supervision of less experienced staff.
• Commitment to Change and Innovation: A track record of driving change management initiatives, promoting consumer engagement, and applying flexibility and creativity in practice.
• Comprehensive Knowledge: Sound understanding of relevant legislation, safety standards, and contemporary issues in nursing or midwifery, ensuring the highest level of care is delivered.
