About the Role

Join our team as a Plastics Nurse Consultant and make a significant impact in the field of plastic surgery nursing. In this role, you will provide expert clinical care, advocacy, education, and psychosocial support to patients and communities undergoing plastic surgery. As a key member of the clinical leadership team, you'll foster an environment focused on professional development, quality improvement, and clinical education. Your leadership will guide and support fellow nurses and healthcare professionals, ensuring high standards of care and patient outcomes.

This role offers a high degree of autonomy and decision-making, with opportunities to lead projects and contribute to clinical expertise that improves patient care. About You

We are seeking a dedicated and experienced nurse to join our team. To succeed in this role, you will bring:

  • Strong Leadership and Communication Skills: Proven ability to lead teams, resolve conflicts, negotiate effectively, and foster a positive, supportive environment.
  • Clinical Expertise and Experience: At least 3 years post-registration experience, with demonstrated competence in your nursing or midwifery specialty and the supervision of less experienced staff.
  • Commitment to Change and Innovation: A track record of driving change management initiatives, promoting consumer engagement, and applying flexibility and creativity in practice.
  • Comprehensive Knowledge: Sound understanding of relevant legislation, safety standards, and contemporary issues in nursing or midwifery, ensuring the highest level of care is delivered.
