About the Role

Step into a pivotal role as a Senior Administration Officer, where you’ll be at the forefront of managing the business, financial, and administrative operations of the EDON office within the Central Adelaide Local Health Network (CALHN). This role offers a unique opportunity to lead administrative services, coordinate workloads, and develop innovative systems to support both existing and emerging activities. With a focus on providing efficient, confidential, and high-quality support, you’ll contribute directly to resolving complex and sensitive issues, preparing reports and briefing notes, and delivering insights through data collection and analysis.

This dynamic position requires a collaborative and proactive approach, as you’ll work closely with the EDON and DONs, supporting diary management, meeting coordination, and various administrative tasks. Your leadership, organisational skills, and ability to operate with autonomy will be essential in driving the success of the EDON office and CALHN initiatives. About You

We are seeking a motivated and skilled professional who can excel in a dynamic and fast-paced environment. To be successful in this role, you will bring:

  • Exceptional Organisational and Administrative Skills: Proven ability to manage administrative processes, multitask under pressure, and meet tight deadlines with precision and efficiency.
  • Strong Communication and Interpersonal Abilities: Outstanding written and verbal communication skills, including the ability to prepare high-quality reports, briefings, and correspondence, while effectively engaging with stakeholders at all levels.
  • Analytical and Problem-Solving Expertise: Demonstrated investigative skills with the ability to conceptualise problems, analyse data, and develop practical solutions in a changing environment.
  • Extensive Experience and Knowledge: Experience in project management, research activities, and developing and maintaining administrative systems, combined with proficiency in Microsoft Office applications and a commitment to Equal Opportunity and Work Health Safety standards.
