About You

Join Our Team: Seeking an Experienced and Dynamic Nurse/Midwife Leader!

We are looking for a dedicated and skilled professional who is passionate about nursing leadership. To thrive in this role, you should demonstrate the following:

  • Registered Nurse with Experience: At least 5 years of post-registration experience, with the ability to supervise and support less experienced staff and students.
  • Leadership and Communication Skills: Proven expertise in leadership, conflict resolution, negotiation, and fostering team collaboration within a multidisciplinary setting.
  • Change Management and Innovation: Demonstrated ability to lead change, promote consumer engagement, and apply innovative solutions in healthcare settings.
  • In-Depth Knowledge: Strong understanding of relevant legislation, safety and quality standards, and contemporary nursing issues in Australia.
