    • $87,416 - $110,497 p.a (pro rata) | RN/M2C
    • $74,831 - $102,103 p.a (pro rata) | RN/M1

Please note that as this position is multi-classed as either a RN/M2C or RN/M1, the classification will be determined by qualifications and experience.

We are looking for dedicated Clinical Nurses (RN/M2C) and Registered Nurses (RN/M1) to join our team and contribute to the delivery of exceptional care to patients across various health service settings.

About the Role:

As a Clinical Nurse (RN/M2C), you will provide advanced nursing services across a variety of health service settings. With experience and/or further study, you will continue to grow as a proficient practitioner. At this level, you will accept accountability for your own practice standards and activities delegated to others, while also supporting the guidance and development of less experienced staff. You will be responsible for ensuring the delivery of high-quality clinical care, and you'll also take on additional portfolio responsibilities. These portfolios will be negotiated as part of your career development plan, aligning with your personal and professional growth objectives.

As a Registered Nurse (RN/M1), you will provide high-quality nursing services to patients in various healthcare settings, consolidating your knowledge and skills as you progress from a novice practitioner to a proficient professional. You will continue to develop your clinical expertise through professional development opportunities and hands-on experience. At this level, you will be accountable for your nursing care standards and the activities delegated to others, playing an essential role in patient outcomes and the effective functioning of the healthcare team.

What We’re Looking For:

RN/M2C

  • Registered or eligible for registration as a Nurse with the Nursing and Midwifery Board of Australia and who holds, or who is eligible to hold, a current practicing certificate.
  • Registered Nurse with at least 3 years, full time equivalent, post registration experience.
  • Experience in the use of computer packages e.g., Microsoft Word, Excel.
  • Demonstrated competence in the relevant area of nursing practice in accordance with the appropriate standards of practice.
  • Experience in the leadership and direction of student nurses, enrolled nurses, and less experienced registered nurses.

RN/M1

  • Registered or eligible for registration as a Nurse with the Nursing and Midwifery Board of Australia and who holds, or who is eligible to hold, a current practicing certificate.
  • Demonstrated competence in the relevant area of nursing practice in accordance with the appropriate standards of practice.
  • Experience in the use of computer packages e.g., Microsoft Word, Excel.
