Who We Are Looking For
- Associate Professor Level D A nationally and internationally recognized academic leader with a proven track record in research, publications, and teaching excellence
- Professor Level E A globally influential scholar with an outstanding research portfolio, extensive industry engagement, and experience mentoring early-career academics
Key Requirements
- A PhD in Management, Human Resources, or a related field
- Demonstrated excellence in teaching and curriculum development
- A strong record of high-quality publications and external research funding
- Leadership experience in research teams, faculty management, and industry engagement
- Ability to build sustainable partnerships locally and internationally
