Territory Manager

    About Your New Role:

    Join Cleanaway as a Territory Manager and take charge of developing, nurturing, and expanding relationships within the construction and demolition industry. You'll play a pivotal role in driving growth by implementing strategic sales initiatives and promoting our sustainable waste management solutions.

    Your responsibilities will include:

    • Engaging in face-to-face new business development activities to expand our client base.
    • Cultivating strong and lasting relationships with current and prospective customers.
    • Crafting and executing sales strategies that propel sales growth and market penetration.
    • Delivering timely and accurate reports on business activities within your territory.
    • Maintaining client details and effectively following up on leads using our CRM system (Salesforce).

    Your Skills and Experience:

    While experience in the construction industry is advantageous, we value proactive individuals with a strong passion for sales. Key qualifications and attributes include:

    • Excellent communication skills with the ability to adapt your approach to diverse stakeholders.
    • Demonstrated success in a similar sales role and a proven track record of exceeding sales targets.
    • Possession of a valid driver’s license and access to a reliable vehicle.
    • Resilience, persistence, and exceptional account management abilities.
    • Capability to work autonomously, manage time efficiently, and foster solid client relationships.
