Due to an internal move, we have a new Customer Service Officer role become available in Mandurah. This is a permanent role and would suit someone that enjoys engaging with customers via phone and email and has strong attention to detail. An excellent opportunity to learn about waste management and be part of a strong team.

Your new role

  • Provide support to Cleanaway customers and commercial clients onsite in our office in Mandurah.
  • Proactively handle inbound calls and emails, responding to customer queries and issues.
  • Manage complaints to resolution, escalating issues where needed.
  • Maintain and update customer data and requests.
  • Work with our customers to help contribute to a sustainable future and provide assistance with their waste management requests.

About You

  • Previous experience working in a contact centre role or busy customer service environment.
  • Accurate data entry, administration and time management skills.
  • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
  • Ability to work onsite in a rotating roster between 7.00 am – 5.00pm.
  • Intermediate MS Office skills and CRM tools e.g. Sales Force would be highly regarded.
