ASP Plastics, part of the Cleanaway group, is a manufacturing company that provides a diverse range of product and service solutions across the Healthcare arena with the intention of making healthcare safer.
Your role
- Assist with Health and Safety administrative and operations support
- Develop Health and Safety administrative and operation support, including toolboxs, risk assessments, SWMs, work instructions and data entry and reporting
- Assist the production team with the development and implementation of standard production procedures
- Assist the production team in the documentation of inspections and maintenance
- Develop and maintain maintenance registers
- Maintain activities within functional departmental budget
- Assist with production recruitment activities, site inductions and training
Skills and Experience
- Ability to undertake scheduling and manage stakeholders
- Good skills in Microsoft Office and in the development of simple documents
- Demonstrated experience in an office administration environment
- Strong sense of time organization and urgency
- Well-developed communication skills, both written and verbal
- Tertiary qualification in work, health and safety desirable
