Customer Service Officer

The Opportunity

Based in Malaga, WA, the Customer Service Officer is accountable for responding promptly, in a positive, professional, and timely manner, to internal and external customers by listening effectively to determine the best course of action and implementing timely action to meet the customer’s requirements.

  • Provide frontline communication with all internal and external customers, operational personnel and other departments
  • Ensure accurate entry of customer information, work requests and daily run or work schedules to meet the weekly reports and resulting in zero errors in run sheet distribution
  • Identify opportunities to add value to the customer through the provision of additional products and services

 About You

Our ideal candidate will have experience of working in a customer service team environment and have effective verbal and interpersonal communication skills.

  • High-level data entry skills, good literacy and numeracy skills
  • Effective time management skills
  • Intermediate skills with the MS Suite of products
  • Strong organisational skills
