The Opportunity
As a Sales Support Officer, you will play a crucial role in ensuring our sales operations run smoothly. This includes managing sales data, delivering key insights, streamlining processes, and supporting the team in achieving business objectives. This role is vital in supporting our sales teams by providing exceptional administrative and operational assistance to ensure a seamless customer experience.
Key responsibilities will include, but not be limited to:
- Maintain accurate records of customer accounts, pricing, and contracts.
- Generate and streamline sales reports, analyze trends, and provide insights to drive business growth.
- Analyze sales data to drive performance and provide actionable recommendations.
- Liaise with internal stakeholders to resolve customer queries and ensure timely service delivery.
- Execute seamless transfer and account setup processes to support consistent client management.
About You
- Proven experience in a similar sales support or sales administration role supporting a busy team.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask and prioritize effectively.
- Excellent communication skills for interacting with diverse stakeholder group.
- Skilled in Excel and CRM systems (e.g., Salesforce); experience in trend analysis and reporting.
- Detail-oriented with strong analytical skills and a collaborative approach.
