The Opportunity

We’re looking for a Finance Partner to support one of our National teams, partnering closely with our Commercial Business Partners (CBPs). This is a hands-on, fast-paced role where you’ll play a key part in financial reporting, analysis, and decision-making as the business continues to grow.

You’ll support an expanding CBP group, working across month-end, financials, and performance reporting. This role suits someone who enjoys autonomy, pace, and being close to the action.

Key responsibilities include:

• Supporting a very busy team of CBPs and Finance Manager
• Ownership of month-end processes, including P&Ls, balance sheets, and financial reporting
• Preparing and reviewing management financials and insights
• Supporting audit requirements (internal and external)
• Providing accurate, timely analysis to support commercial decisions
• Working independently while keeping pace with a high-growth environment

About You

You’re a confident finance professional who is comfortable working autonomously and thrives in a fast-paced, evolving environment. You’ve operated as a genuine business partner, influencing outcomes and supporting decision-making, not just producing the numbers. You enjoy staying ahead of the curve, managing competing priorities, and working closely with senior stakeholders.

What we’re looking for:

• CA or CPA qualification (essential)
• Experience in an ASX-listed environment
• Audit experience (internal and/or external)
• Proven experience working as a finance partner, not just in a transactional or accounting role
• Self-starter who thrives in a fast-paced environment and works autonomously
• Ambitious, curious, and keen to learn and grow
