• Permanent - Full-time position – Molendinar, QLD  
• Hands-on role coordinating day-to-day operations
• Day Shift, Monday to Friday.

Your new role:

• Coordinate, schedule and be involved in the day-to-day operations of the Molendinar processing facility.
• Consult with line management in the development and management of operational targets
• Ensure all pre-start, post-run, and minor day-to-day maintenance tasks are carried out on all equipment
• Assist the team with the processing, baling, and dispatch of recycled cardboard and plastics
• Drive operational efficiencies within the team
• Manage and prepare detailed reports on labour efficiencies and overall cost management
• Lead performance management investigations and outcomes

Your skills and experience:

• Experience in a supervisory role
• Exposure to and knowledge of comprehensive safety management systems
• Experience within the transport/waste/logistics and recycling industries is desirable
• Experience in optimising processing efficiencies
• Knowledge of HSE and environmental legislation and ability to work independently
• Intermediate Excel and Word experience
• High Risk Forklift licence preferred or willing to obtain
• Front-end loader experience is highly regarded but not essential
