We are seeking a Healthcare Technical Solutions Advisor to provide best-in-class clinical waste management solutions to our national and strategic healthcare customers. About the Role
As a Healthcare Technical Solutions Advisor, you will work closely with healthcare providers, clinicians, procurement teams, and operational stakeholders to understand the unique challenges of healthcare waste management and recommend tailored solutions that improve safety, compliance, efficiency, and sustainability outcomes.
You will provide technical expertise throughout the customer lifecycle—from assessment and solution design through to implementation, education, optimisation, and continuous improvement.
Key Responsibilities
- Partner with healthcare customers to understand clinical, operational, and waste management requirements.
- Build trusted relationships with clinicians, infection prevention teams, environmental services, procurement teams, and executive stakeholders.
- Act as the primary escalation point and trusted advisor for national and high-value healthcare customers.

- Assess customer environments and recommend innovative clinical waste solutions aligned to healthcare best practice.
- Assist in the development of technical documentation, customer proposals, presentations, and implementation plans.
- Ensure solutions meet healthcare regulations, environmental requirements, and industry standards.
- Collaborate with operations, compliance, sales, sustainability, and customer service teams to deliver safe, compliant, and effective outcomes.
- Drive continuous improvement initiatives and support the rollout of new products, services, and innovations.
- Stay current with healthcare trends, emerging technologies, and regulatory developments.
- Identify and pursue opportunities to expand customer value and support business growth.
About You
You are a customer-focused professional who enjoys working closely with healthcare organisations to solve complex challenges and drive meaningful change.
You have a strong understanding of healthcare environments and can confidently engage with clinical, operational, and executive stakeholders. Whether your background is in nursing, allied health, medical technology, laboratory services, healthcare sales, or healthcare operations, you understand the importance of safety, compliance, and service excellence.
Skills & Experience
- Strong understanding of healthcare environments and clinical workflows.
- Knowledge of waste management regulations, compliance requirements, and industry best practice.
- Experience managing complex waste streams within highly regulated environments.
- Exceptional stakeholder engagement and relationship management skills.
- Demonstrated ability to influence outcomes across multiple stakeholder groups.
- Strong commercial acumen with experience managing contracts, KPIs, service delivery outcomes, and customer expectations.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to identify opportunities for improvement.
Essential Qualifications & Experience
- Experience working within a healthcare, clinical, medical technology, laboratory, or related healthcare environment.
- Background in nursing, infection prevention, healthcare operations, medical sales, laboratory services, allied health, or similar sectors will be highly regarded.
- Proven experience managing customer relationships and influencing stakeholders.
- Strong communication, presentation, and facilitation skills.
- Ability to gather, analyse, and interpret data to support customer recommendations.
- Experience implementing process improvements and driving change initiatives.
- Self-motivated, organised, and able to work autonomously.
