The Opportunity 

• Able and willing to operate a variety of trucks 
• Lead and support drivers in daily operational activities
• Operate a variety of collection vehicles and equipment
• Daily pre-starts and maintenance checks on vehicles and equipment 
• Provide excellent customer service and maintain positive client relationships
• Assist with training, coaching and supporting team members
• Maintain the presentation and cleanliness of vehicles and equipment

About You 

• An unrestricted HR license 
• Strong customer service focus and professional presentation
• Previous leadership or supervisory experience within transport, logistics, waste or a similar industry
• Forklift licence preferred but not essential
• Clean driving record
• A professional presentation and manner with a strong customer service ethic
• A strong commitment to safety; and a willingness to work as part of a team
• Have a great attitude and want to be part of a great team environment 
• Must be able to pass pre-employment medical and drug screen (paid by Cleanaway)
