Senior Talent Acquisition Specialist

The Opportunity

Contract opportunity for an experienced Senior Talent Acquisition Specialist to join our national TA team in a large ASX listed, growth company. Approximate 6 month contract.  

With a focus on senior level recruitment across corporate and operational roles, you will partner with leaders to source, assess and secure high calibre talent for Cleanaway’s growing and successful business.

About You

With a proactive, solutions orientated approach, you enjoy partnering with business leaders to drive successful recruitment outcomes. Comfortable with ambiguity and pace, you have an agile approach to your work and enjoy working in a geographically dispersed, team-based environment.

Ideally, you can demonstrate:

  • Extensive senior recruitment experience gained in a large corporate, ideally with a mix of agency and inhouse exposure
  • A solutions-focused mindset with proactive search techniques to identify and engage talent to drive quality and equitable hiring outcomes
  • Ability to provide market intelligence and recruitment advice to hiring managers to enhance capability
  • Strong influencing and advisory skills
  • Experience within the industrials, mining, construction or transport/logistics sectors highly regarded
  • Tertiary qualifications advantageous
