The Opportunity
We’re on the hunt for a switched-on Administration Officer to join our team in Karratha, WA. This is a hands-on, fast-paced role where you’ll be the engine room of our operations — delivering high-quality administrative support and building strong relationships with our customers. It's a great chance to grow your career with a business that values getting things done well.
What You'll Be Doing
- Processing daily run sheets and operational documentation accurately and on time
- Validating service data, work orders, disposal dockets and operational records to keep billing and cost allocation running smoothly
- Partnering with Operations Supervisors, and Finance teams to keep operational and financial information complete and accurate
- Supporting month-end activities, reporting and reconciliations
About You
You’re a detail-driven, people-savvy go-getter who takes pride in getting things right. You bring great communication skills, a proactive attitude and a genuine passion for sustainability.
- Intermediate MS Office skills, particularly Excel
- Ability to influence and manage expectations across internal and external stakeholders
- JDE experience is a bonus (but not essential!)
