The Opportunity

Support the delivery of health and safety initiatives, capability uplift and compliance outcomes across a selected business segment. You will partner with leaders to strengthen safety performance, culture and risk management practices.

 

  • Partner with operational leaders to improve health and safety capability and culture
  • Provide specialist health and safety advice and support across the business
  • Support audits, assurance activities and regulator interactions
  • Implement health and safety standards, tools and improvement initiatives
  • Track and report health and safety performance and compliance activities

 

About You

You bring practical health and safety partnering experience in high-risk environments and enjoy influencing stakeholders to achieve safer outcomes.

 

  • Postgraduate qualification (Minimum Cert IV) in Occupational Health and Safety or related discipline
  • Minimum 5 years health and safety business partnering experience
  • Experience responding to safety incidents and supporting investigations
  • Knowledge of health and safety legislation, standards and best practice
  • Strong stakeholder engagement, communication and influencing capability
  • Experience supporting transformation or change programs
  • Experience in waste, mining, manufacturing or other similar industries
