The Opportunity
We're looking for a proactive and organised HR/Recruitment Coordinator to support end-to-end recruitment and HR administration across the employee lifecycle. Working closely with hiring managers, operational leaders, and the HR team, you'll help deliver a seamless experience from attraction and onboarding through to employment changes and ongoing employee support.
This is a fast-paced, hands-on role ideal for someone who enjoys juggling multiple priorities, delivering exceptional service, and ensuring every detail is handled accurately and efficiently.
What you will do:
- Coordinate end-to-end recruitment administration, including job advertisements, candidate management, and employment documentation.
- Prepare employment contracts, correspondence, and other employee-related documentation accurately and within agreed service levels.
- Support onboarding activities to ensure a smooth and positive experience for new employees.
- Collate and process employee paperwork, ensuring all documentation is complete and provided to Payroll in a timely manner.
- Maintain accurate employee records and documentation across HR systems.
- Provide administrative support to the broader HR team and assist with employee lifecycle activities as required.
About You

You'll be comfortable using critical thinking to investigate issues, identify solutions, and make informed decisions, all while maintaining a strong attention to detail.
