About the Opportunity
Located on Wiradjuri Country, our Mudgee branch offers a supportive environment where you'll receive hands-on training, mentoring and practical experience to help you become a safe and professional driver.
You will work alongside experienced operators and mentors while learning how to safely operate rear lift collection vehicles servicing the local Container Deposit Scheme (CDS) network.

What You'll Be Doing
- Operating and learning rear lift collection vehicles
- Completing daily vehicle pre-start inspections
- Collecting containers and recyclable materials from customer sites
- Working safely around traffic, pedestrians and customers
- Performing manual handling activities throughout your shift
- Building safe driving habits and operational skills
- Working as part of a supportive team environment
- Contributing to a cleaner and more sustainable community
What We're Looking For
You don't need previous truck driving experience to apply.
We're looking for people who demonstrate:

- Ability to work outdoors in varying weather conditions
- Comfort with physically active work
Minimum Requirements
- Hold a current unrestricted Australian Driver's Licence
- Have a minimum of 8 demerit points available on licence
- Be able to obtain a Heavy Rigid Licence
- Be willing to complete a pre-employment medical assessment
- Be willing to complete drug and alcohol testing
- Be able to work early morning starts
- Be comfortable with manual handling and physical work
