The Opportunity
We’re looking for a proactive and organised Administration Officer to join our team in Morwell, VIC. This is a hands-on, fast-paced role where you’ll play an important part in supporting day-to-day operations, providing high-quality administrative support and building strong working relationships with our customers, councils and internal teams. Key responsibilities
- Liaise with drivers and internal teams, acting as a key point of contact to support timely and compliant job execution and resolve day-to-day queries.
- Work closely with council contacts to manage their data and databases, including updating, maintaining and auditing records to ensure information is accurate and up to date.
- Manage invoicing tasks, including raising, reviewing and correcting invoices, as well as identifying and resolving contract-related errors.
- Provide administrative and operational support to the site team, including completing compliance checks, preparing reports and supporting continuous improvement initiatives to enhance safety and performance.
About You
You’re organised, detail-focused and confident working with people, systems and data. You take pride in producing accurate work, communicate effectively and bring a proactive approach to supporting a busy operational environment.
- Strong attention to detail with the ability to identify and resolve discrepancies.
- Confident working with systems, data and reporting.
- Previous experience in administration or data entry is preferred.
- High level of accuracy when entering, reviewing and maintaining data.
- Strong organisational and time management skills.
- Ability to work collaboratively with site teams, drivers and Finance.
- Comfortable managing multiple priorities and deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
