Program Assistant: Foster Grandparents Program West LA Campus

The Program Assistant provides case management and volunteer support. Together with the Program Administrator, the Program Assistant provides oversight of approximately 150+ volunteers placed at up to 20 stations located primarily in Service Planning Areas (SPA) 4, 6, 7 and 8. The Program Assistant performs administrative duties, such as: answering phones and emails, filing, and managing schedules, while also assisting with volunteer and program support. Assist with the management of the software to facilitate program success (e,g. GoCo, Venngage, AlertMedia, ADP, Live25, PeopleSoft, and FGP webpage). The Program Assistant is to help ensure that all of the files are compliant and audit-ready per federal, state, and local requirements.

The Assistant Vice Chancellor, Parent and Family Philanthropy serves as the major gift officer and fundraising strategist with a primary focus on raising major gifts of $25,000+ while managing a major gift portfolio of approximately 120 prospects to meet assigned fundraising goals and objectives. The Assistant Vice Chancellor for Development at the School of Public Policy and Caruso School of Law is responsible for building prospect and donor relationships, raising financial support, and increasing the donor base for Pepperdine's School of Public Policy (SPP) and Caruso School of Law (CSOL). This position focuses primarily on major and principal gift donors with a capacity to make gifts of $10K to $100K. The Assistant/Associate Vice Chancellor will also be responsible for building alumni engagement and strengthening relationships with alumni. The success of our mission to strengthen lives for purpose, service, and leadership depends largely on strong financial support from donors who enable us to provide the facilities, programs, faculty, and opportunities necessary to provide stellar, mission-driven programs for our students.
