The technician will provide essential technical and audio/visual support for healthcare simulation operations and technology, including preparation, maintenance, and repair of simulation mannequins and all simulation center equipment, develop and program simulation scenarios using vendor-provided software under the direction of nursing faculty, and operate data and multimedia capture systems.
The technician will report to the Director of Simulation and Skills Education. The technician’s primary responsibilities are directed to the SON, and the position requires close collaboration with the Dean of the SON and all nursing faculty.
