Client Technologies Analyst, AV Technologies Malibu Campus
The Client Technologies Analyst, AV Technologies works under the direction of Audio-Visual Technologies Manager or Team Lead to provide technical assistance, support, and training to faculty, staff, and students at the Malibu Campus. This position helps manage classroom technology as well as provides technical support for select university events.
Manager of Academic Development Calabasas Campus
The Manager of Academic Development will assist the Dean of the College of Health Science (CHS) in developing an array of healthcare-related academic programs. The manager will provide integral support to the CHS dean, school deans, and program directors in all areas required for academic program development. These include, but are not limited to the following: program accreditation applications, research and market analysis, curriculum documentation, CHS academic calendar planning, facility assessment, missional and service-learning programming, consultant support, community and partnership engagement, report writing, presentation development, and other administrative functions. In particular, the manager position will liaison between CHS and the University Registrar’s Office and Information Technology regarding program development and implementation, on behalf of the CHS dean and school deans/program directors. The work of the manager will be integral to the success of the College of Health Science and both its existing and developing programs. Director, Student Services Calabasas Campus
The newly established College of Health Science (CHS) at Pepperdine University is seeking a Director of Student Services. The director will be a primary leader responsible for the successful delivery of student services to undergraduate and graduate students in both CHS in-person and online academic programs. Their primary responsibility will be to oversee operations related to all CHS student services, including, but not limited to: student success, academic advising, student experience, career services, spiritual life, and missional service-learning. The director will report to the Dean of the College of Health Science and will be expected to collaborate closely with the deans/directors of all CHS academic and co-curricular programs. In collaboration with the dean and associate dean of the CHS, the director will lead the effort to hire support staff to coordinate each of the aforementioned areas, with the understanding that in the early years of CHS operation, a single coordinator may have responsibility for one or more of the areas. The director will be supported in their role by a robust pre-existing student services’ infrastructure with well-developed resources at Pepperdine University. The director will lead a team in developing student services programs for CHS students, in partnership with existing University student life programming and personnel. They will provide leadership to student services staff to establish a proactive approach in all areas to address academic, personal, spiritual, and professional needs, and respond to unforeseen challenges in a way that conveys genuine care for each member of the CHS community.
Design Assistant Malibu Campus
Under the direction of the Assistant Director of Design and Space Management the Design Assistant will play a vital role in the Department of Design & Construction (DDC) by contributing to the planning, development, and execution of architectural and interior design projects. This position will provide hands-on assistance in project coordination, design documentation, and stakeholder communication to ensure projects align with the university’s standards for functionality, stewardship, sustainability, and aesthetic appeal.
