Marketing and Communications Specialist (Seaver/CHS) Calabasas Campus
The Marketing and Communications Specialist will be responsible for supporting marketing activities relevant to Seaver College and the College of Health Science, with a focus on (but not limited to) undergraduate students. This role will contribute to the University's mission and strategic plan by promoting Pepperdine's Christian values and enhancing the institution’s image among prospective students and stakeholders. The Marketing and Communications Specialist will be responsible for creating, planning, and executing traditional, new, and emerging media strategies using relevant channels. The Specialist will collaborate with key stakeholders to help develop and contribute to marketing and communications efforts that grow, strengthen, and enhance Pepperdine University’s brand.
Director of Marketing and Communications, Caruso School of Law Malibu Campus
Reporting to the Senior Director of Client Relations, the Director of Marketing & Communications (CSOL) is charged with promoting and advancing the school's image and reputation within the campus and alumni community, the state, the nation, and the world. The position is the Integrated Marketing Communications account executive for Caruso School of Law and is responsible for most day-to-day and long range marketing, communications, and brand management needs for five centers and institutes, including the nation-leading Straus Institute for Dispute Resolution. The position, working closely with all IMC teams, provides strategic communication advice and counsel to the School of Law dean, administration, and alumni and advancement teams. The Director is the strategic lead for marketing efforts, the advertising budget, both print and digital, and is the liaison between the Law School and paid media suppliers. Major projects include the law school's enrollment growth marketing plan, website, campus communications hub, social media accounts, annual magazines, and weekly and monthly e-newsletters.
Development Operations Manager Malibu Campus
The Development Operations Manager serves as a partner to the Senior Vice Chancellor for Development in the management of the office, business processes, and continuity cross-departmentally. The individual in this role will be the point person for inquiries to the development office and serves as the development liaison to other departments within advancement. This role also oversees a team of development coordinators who assist the front-line fundraising team and establishes best practices for administrative support across the development team.
Financial Aid Advisor Malibu Campus
The purpose of this position is to serve, educate and assist Pepperdine University, Seaver College students with achieving their educational goals by providing appropriate financial resources within institutional, federal, and state guidelines. This includes but is not limited to, loans, grants, scholarships and work study funds to those that qualify. The Financial Aid Advisors navigate multiple complex systems, which requires critical thinking, provides personal and financial counseling, makes professional judgment decisions for families in unique situations, analyzes and interprets institutional, federal and state laws/regulations to maintain program compliance and distribute funds properly.
Executive Assistant to the Senior Vice President and Chief Operating Officer Malibu Campus
The Executive Assistant is responsible for the day-to-day administrative operations of the office of the Senior Vice President and Chief Operating Officer (COO). Admission Counselor, College of Health Science Calabasas Campus
The Admission Counselor assists in all aspects of recruitment/admissions for the College of Health Science (CHS) academic programs. This includes prospect outreach, application gathering, coaching and review, conducting information sessions, representing CHS at college fairs, conferences, campus programs, or any virtual recruiting events. The Admissions counselor will use Slate and SalesForce to manage and track admissions data. It will also include recruitment efforts focused on transfer students and related matters.

Enrollment Services Processor, Online Programs West LA Campus
The Enrollment Services Processor Online Programs is responsible for managing workflow to meet deadlines as well as maintaining and updating business processes. This position ensures the University stays up to date in the knowledge and use of multiple data systems, including but not limited to PeopleSoft, SalesForce, data imaging systems, and online application systems. The candidate will also be responsible for collecting and tracking admissions files and creating and coordinating communication among students regarding admission status. In addition, the Enrollment Services Processor will be charged with maintaining SEVIS and international student data collection and performing process audits on student enrollment processes to ensure matriculation.
