The admission records analyst audits, evaluates, and prepares applications and supplemental documents for undergraduate applicants to be reviewed by the Admission Committee.


  • Process prospective student applications (CommonApp) in Slate, assign requirement checklists, and complete items as materials are received. 
  • Process supplemental documents (letters of recommendation, transcripts, etc.). 
  • Evaluate high school transcripts to calculate an unweighted, academic GPA. 
  • Evaluate college transcripts and enter college units for transfer students. 
  • Perform other duties as assigned.
  • Respond to phone calls and emails to communicate application status to applicants/prospective students. 
  • Uphold University mission through work performed.

Skills and Qualifications

Required: Two years of college or two years of related job experience; 1 year of general office experience General computer skills, basic math skills, customer service experience, attention to detail and strong organizational skills Comfort and ease using a PC

Preferred: Bachelor's degree; undergraduate admission experience, especially application and document processing experience with the Common Application, Slate, Salesforce, PeopleSoft, Etrieve and/or Ephesoft

This is a Regular, Nonexempt, 40 hour per week position.

Salary: Commensurate with experience.
