Office Manager Malibu Campus
The Student Health Center (SHC) Office Manager oversees daily office workflows and provides comprehensive administrative execution to ensure seamless front-office systems, exceptional patient services, and efficient clinic operations. Reporting directly to the Clinic Director, this position serves as the logistical anchor of the clinic’s reception environment. Manager, Enrollment Operations Analytics Calabasas Campus
The Manager, Enrollment Operations Analytics reports to the Assistant Dean of Enrollment Management and Admissions and serves as a key analytical and operational resource for the Pepperdine College of Health Science (PCHS). The in-person position supports the systems, data, reporting, and processes that enable effective recruitment, admissions, financial aid, and enrollment operations. The position works with Enrollment Management, academic programs, and University partners to maintain accurate enrollment data, support enrollment systems and application processes, develop reports and dashboards, and identify opportunities to improve operational efficiency. Using tools such as Excel, Power BI, SQL, Salesforce, PeopleSoft, Liaison CAS products, Slate, and other platforms, the position transforms data into actionable information for enrollment planning, decision-making, and reporting. The position also supports new academic programs, enrollment cycles, system enhancements, and process improvements as PCHS continues to grow. Through strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and a service-oriented approach, the position helps PCHS strengthen its enrollment operations and effectively serve prospective and current students.
Building Maintenance Technician, Third Shift Malibu Campus
Under direction of the Senior Manager of Custodial Services for the Department of Facilities Services (DFS), and in collaboration with the Manager on Duty (MOD), perform various skilled and semi-skilled tasks in the maintenance of machinery, buildings, and equipment throughout campus facilities during the night shift on assigned days of the week from 11:00 p.m. to 7:30 a.m. Shall perform work at a skilled level in several trades including carpentry, plumbing, minor electrical, and mechanical, and do related work as required. Collaborate with DFS and other University departments to deliver high quality work and customer service in a timely manner.
Manager, Emergency Services and Insurance and Risk Malibu Campus
The Manager provides leadership for campus-wide safety and environmental health programs. This individual oversees the daily operations of the department. This includes developing and implementing the University's microbial response protocols and communications, managing Pepperdine's Emergency Response Team, serving as a liaison for Facilities and Business Services operations for the office, creating/updating/maintaining University risk management, health, and safety protocols, participating in workers' compensation injury investigations, working with the University's insurance portfolio, tracking departmental budgets, administering claims and loss control measures, supervising student workers, maintaining departmental databases and systems, including Everbridge, LiveSafe, and EOC documentation, assisting with contract reviews, and providing high-quality customer service. Temporary Admission Counselor, School of Nursing Calabasas Campus
