The Co-Curricular Faculty Support Coordinator provides support to co-curricular activities and faculty-driven events at Pepperdine Caruso Law to ensure that students have an exceptional educational experience in their activities outside of the classroom. Contribution to the University's mission and strategic plan is made by coordinating a diverse array of high-quality events by helping students explore and identify their purpose in the legal profession, enhancing the law school’s reputation, and introducing new speakers to the Caruso Law community. Administrative Assistant Malibu Campus
The Front Office Administrative Assistant is a skilled administrator with responsibility in supporting the functioning of the front office. This position works alongside ten to twelve non-exempt staff, including medical assistants, nurses, administrative staff, and student workers, with adherence to clinic policies, human resources policy and procedure, and HIPAA standards. The Front Office Administrative Assistant participates in confidential interactions and record-keeping necessary for the successful functioning of an outpatient medical clinic.

The Instructional Designer will work with CHS leadership and faculty to advance the CHS’s strategic vision for technology and learning.
