Under the direction of the Manager of Maintenance Services for the Department of Facilities Services (DFS) and in collaboration with your colleagues, respond to work order requests and supervisors' directions to perform relevant installation, repair, replacement, troubleshooting, and maintenance of electrical systems, components, and fixtures throughout campus utilizing plans, specifications, and verbal instructions. Collaborate with DFS and other University departments to initiate and deliver high quality projects on budget and in a timely manner.
Coordinator, Seaver College Advancement Malibu Campus
The Coordinator, Seaver Advancement serves as a partner to the front-line fundraisers in Advancement to reach the University's fundraising goals. This individual will work closely with prospect research staff to equip fundraisers with all of the resources and support required to be successful throughout the donor cultivation cycle. This position requires in person collaboration with a number of University constituents, supervisors, donors, and friends of the University in order to best fulfill the duties of the job.
Strategic Project Associate (Malibu, Calabasas Campus) Malibu Campus
The Strategic Project Associate serves the Pepperdine community in administrative support and special project assignments throughout the University. This position formally reports to Human Resources and moves between short-term assignments in University departments as needed and as appropriate. Upon initial employment, the staff member will participate in a professional development program, hosted by Human Resources, designed to give a broad overview of the University's mission, organization and business operations. Office Manager Malibu Campus
This position manages all day-to-day office operations for Human Resources, represents Human Resources to all external and internal constituents, and ensures that the operations team provides superior customer service. This position supervises the Administrative Services Coordinator and student workers and provides extensive administrative support to Human Resources staff. Additionally, it oversees file management; manages the Human Resources website; oversees the creation and distribution of University ID cards; manages a number of yearly audits; tracks and manages the University's annual reviews; tracks departmental budgets and sexual harassment training completions; maintains and inventories storage locations; and provides logistical support for major events.
Jr Web Developer - Mobile Calabasas Campus
The Jr Web Developer - Mobile is responsible for the development and growth of the mobile app presence for Pepperdine University. As part of Integrated Marketing Communications, this position will develop and oversee the web-based app developed and used for the Pepperdine Unified Mobile app and other specialized applications. The mobile web developer provides additional technological support to the web-based technology operations of the University that drive recruitment, fundraising, and community engagement. This role will interact directly with internal customers to understand business needs and software requirements, create proof-of-concepts and build production-quality programming code. The Jr Web Developer - Mobile will use their mobile app development skills to support Pepperdine’s mobile and web platforms across the University. Major systems and initiatives involving this position include mobile app administration, mobile development, and web management and support. This position reports to the Associate Director of Digital Marketing. Integrated Marketing Communications is directly tasked with supporting the University's mission and strategic plan by building brand equity, elevating the University's national reputation, providing strong and consistent institutional message leadership, and implementing effective integrated marketing and communication strategies. The mobile web developer fulfills a central role in helping the department accomplish its goals.
Landscape and Irrigation Supervisor Malibu Campus
Under the direction of the Manager of Landscape and Irrigation Services in the Department of Facilities Services (DFS), supervises all aspects of the Landscape and Irrigation Services division to ensure an efficiently functioning, safe, and clean environment in which the University can live, learn, and work. Supervises Landscape and Irrigation Services personnel and oversee relevant maintenance, pest control, irrigation management, and event support processes. Collaborate with DFS and other University departments and stakeholders to initiate and deliver high quality projects in a timely manner.
Multi-Craftsman I Malibu Campus
Under direction of the Manager of Structural Services and Lead Multi-Craftsman for the Department of Facilities Services (DFS), and in collaboration with colleagues, this position provides multi-craftsman oriented maintenance services to support University operations, including painting, carpentry, roofing, masonry, cabinetry, drywall, windows and coverings, and flooring. The Multi-Craftsman I will complete repairs and renovation work utilizing plans, specifications, and verbal instructions and collaborate with DFS and other University departments to initiate and deliver professional, quality results in a timely manner.
Enrollment Services Officer West LA Campus
This role contributes to the development of the strategic and tactical marketing and recruitment plan, which is developed collaboratively with the marketing team. Provides important insights and recommendations, based on his/her recruitment data and experience, for achieving the annual enrollment goals. Utilizes CRM database to track leads and contacts individuals who have indicated an interest in the assigned programs. This role encourages them to attend an information briefing or otherwise furthering their interest in the programs. Updates database as necessary.
Registered Nurse (RN) Malibu Campus
Performs a variety of medical back office duties and procedures at an expert technical level. The RN is the first line support for the medical practitioners and provides oversight for MAs. Performs nursing duties as triage, wound care, medication and immunization administration, and phlebotomy, point of care testing, patient education and emergency response. As a staff member in the Student Affairs department who works closely with students, this person serves as a Christian role model to students.

Program Coordinator, DBA and MSOD Program Administration West LA Campus
The purpose of this position is to support the operations of the DBA and MSOD programs through excellent administrative support to the program directors, students and faculty. This position manages the event planning and financial transactions for both programs by coordinating with internal and external stakeholders. This position will have a dual reporting structure to two Directors to improve and streamline administration of both programs. This position directly supports the University's mission and strategic plan by helping to better serve the students in the DBA and MSOD programs. It will also help to expand Pepperdine's reach to strengthen students' lives for purpose, service, and leadership.
