Strategy Support Manager Malibu Campus
The Strategy Support Manager serves as a partner to the front-line fundraisers in Advancement to reach the University's fundraising goals. This individual serves a unique purpose in the donor strategy and cultivation cycle, working in partnership with prospect development staff to equip fundraisers with the resources and support required to succeed throughout the donor cultivation cycle. This position requires in-person collaboration with a number of University constituents, supervisors, donors, and friends of the University in order to best fulfill the duties of the job.
Manager, Insurance and Risk Malibu Campus
The Manager of Insurance and Risk oversees the daily operations of the department to assist in maintaining a safe and healthy environment for the campus community. Duties include working with the university insurance portfolio, maintaining the driver database and fleet roster, assisting with maintaining the department budget, administering claims and loss control measures, and providing high-quality customer service. This position collaborates regularly with internal constituents across the University and external constituents. The Manager is supervised by the Director of Insurance and Risk. Receptionist, Beckman Management Center Malibu Campus
Under the supervision of the Senior Administrative Coordinator, the receptionist is responsible for providing a welcoming environment, excellent customer service, and consistent, comprehensive reception desk and phone coverage for the Graziadio Business School Beckman Management Center. The receptionist provides administrative support for the general facility and operational needs of Beckman Management Center, facilitates space reservations, and maintains the general upkeep/inventory of Beckman Management Center common areas. As the first point of contact for patrons of the Beckman Management Center and a staff member who interacts daily with a broad range of visitors (students, faculty, staff, guests, etc.), the receptionist plays a key role in maintaining a welcoming, positive, and service-oriented environment, while promoting the Graziadio School mission of preparing students to become Best for the World leaders.
Assistant Director, Fully-Employed Program Administration West LA Campus

Performs a variety of medical back office duties and procedures at an expert technical level. The RN is the first line support for the medical practitioners and provides oversight for MAs. Performs nursing duties as triage, wound care, medication and immunization administration, and phlebotomy, point of care testing, patient education and emergency response. Assistant Director of Intercultural Affairs for Training & Programming Malibu Campus
The Assistant Director for Training & Programming for Training and Programming (AD) will manage, develop, and assess programs and trainings that provide first rate intercultural and diversity education, and student services that are designed to foster an inclusive environment where all student identities are affirmed and supported. In addition, the AD serves as an advisor, mentor, and advocate for underrepresented students and ICA student clubs.
