Senior Specialist Customer Value & Credit Analysis London
Role Purpose Working within the Business Development team to provide analytical support to the team is relation to new business propositions and forecasting. The role will work closely with Credit Risk, Treasury and the Commercial teams to assess expected customer behaviour and the impact of existing credit line strategy. Specialist, Digital Analysis London
The Specialist, Digital Analyst will report into the Senior Manager, Direct Acquisition. The role-holder will have responsibility for overseeing and optimising the personal loans digital application journey, including digital communications supporting this. Key to the role is the ability to use data insight tools (i.e. Google Analytics) to produce ongoing performance MI and to inform recommendations for improvement. The role-holder will also be the key digital SME within the personal loans team, adopting the lead role within the engagement model into the Marketing, Digital and IT teams as needed to drive digital change and ensure any incidents occurring are managed to resolution effectively.
