Senior Specialist, Data Science London
The Senior Specialist Data Scientist will be a key contributor to a world class Credit Decisioning team at NewDay. We embarked on the journey to build the function a few month ago, with large ambitions shared at all levels of the organisation. We have created the framework to start harvesting the value of multiple sources of data (structured and unstructured) and open source algorithms, and have started proving the value of Data Science. Now we are looking to build the team at scale. You will have the opportunity to work collaboratively in a state of the art environment, You will own specific complex projects from end to end, interacting with your key stakeholders to define the problem at hand, plan the approach, gather and wrangle the data, develop, test and implement the selected algorithms. We expect you to be creative and innovative in finding solutions to challenging problems. Manager, Digital Acquisition London
The Digital Acquisition Manager will play a key role in the delivery of CoBrands online acquisition growth plans. They will make a significant contribution to the CoBrand online acquisition target through the management of the customer acquisition experience and through the identification and delivery of key development initiatives to improve customer application journeys. The role holder will drive growth through planning and delivery of initiatives across the CoBrand Retailers (Amazon, Thomson, Debenhams, Laura Ashley, Arcadia, House of Fraser and new deals) to ensure we are delivering against our overall strategy for acquiring new customers in an online environment. Supported by the wider CoBrand and NewDay Teams, the Online Acquisition Specialist will have two clear focuses; Planning and executing initiatives with partners to drive awareness of the card and traffic to the application pages. Planning and executing initiaitves to improve customer experience and improve conversion of traffic into accounts. The nature of the role means that responsibilities and expectations will be diverse, including strategy creation, A/B and MVT testing, 3rd party management, development of reporting, management of delivery through internal change processes, content builds (e.g. wireframes).  The role holder will be expected to leverage expertise and support across NewDay to help deliver their agenda.
Specialist, Conduct & Operational Risk, Governance & Reporting London
The Governance & Reporting Specialist’s primary focus will be to support the Conduct and Operational Risk Team in running key committees including collation and production of committee packs and creating reporting that includes conduct risk metrics on a monthly basis. Specialist, Customer Value and Financial Modelling London
Create highly accurate, analytically driven valuation forecasts of credit card and other revolving debt products, in addition to owning and developing the NewDay customer value management financial models on which the forecasts are modelled on. The role, reporting into the senior customer and deal valuation manager, will oversee the performance of all new acquisitions made by the Cobrand arm of Newday and will be responsible for forecasting aggregate customer behaviour on new and exsiting products and providing commercial guidance and decision making support to the NewDay Cobrand commercial team.
Specialist, Commercial Analytics Co-Brands London
The Commercial Analyst will play a critical role in informing and driving forward the Commercial agenda in our data driven marketing strategy, leveraging knowledge of end-to-end campaign planning and analysis. The role will involve working closely with Data Science, Marketing and Client Management to assess the commercial viability of data-driven campaigns, determining campaign set-up, evaluation and informing the go-forward strategy.
