Specialist, Brand & Manifesto London

The Direct Acquisition team as a whole drives new customer acquisition through direct-to-consumer (B2C) channels for the Own Brands credit card portfolios (aqua and marbles) and seeks to do so in the most cost effective manner. Sat within the Own Brands P&L business unit, the team is commercially motivated and at the heart of growing the Own Brands portfolio and P&L.   The roleholder takes a leadership position within Direct Acquisition; responsible for establishing a multi-channel marketing strategy and accurately executing that strategy in-market. The roleholder leads two experienced marketing managers and an array of media and creative agencies in order to deliver against challenging business targets. Individual must be intimately familiar with advertising industry developments, and regulatory environment.   The wider Direct Acquisition team has individuals responsible for media buying, analysis, data, targeting and optimisation of media buying through the direct channels, as well as improving the conversion of visitors into applicants, and applicants to customers. The Collections Analytics & Reporting Specialist will be responsible for supporting the monitoring and reporting on the portfolio quality, forecasting future collections based on insight driven analytics and ensuring the collections segmentation and models are fit for purpose and operating effectively. Collections Agent (Part Time) Leeds
