To be considered for the 3 month Channel Monitoring Specialist contract role, you must have experience monitoring marketing campaign activity preferably for a payments business or similar in the UK market.
Specialist, Digital CRM London
Role Purpose This role sits within NewDay’s central marketing team and reports to the Senior Digital CRM Manager. The role holder is accountable for the planning, creation, testing and execution of multi-channel digital campaigns (always on and trigger). This involves working across both the Own and Co Brand business units and areas (Acquisition, ECM, eServicing) to deliver the teams commercial objectives.
Specialist, Change, Incident and Process Improvement Leeds
As part of our Collections Strategy team, the candidate will have responsibilty for owning, initiating, supporting and managing strategic changes, process improvements and incident management both internally and with our Suppliers. Senior Manager, Collections, Change and Improvement Leeds
As part of our Collections Strategy team in Collections Operations, this role would be responsible for managing changes, process improvements and Incidents both internally and with our Suppliers. Senior Specialist, Network Security Leeds

The Head of Conduct and Operational Risk role sits in the first line and has responsibility for leading the development, implementation and embedding of an operational and conduct risk framework across NewDay and its suppliers.
