Job description:

Be a part of a client and outcomes-focussed team in Skills Tasmania. Provide user support and acceptance testing for key systems, assistance with regular data submissions for VET statistical collections, analysis for data queries, stakeholder engagement and input to policy and program development as needed in relation to the Tasmanian training and workforce development system. You will deliver user, data and systems support services that support the delivery of programs and projects to industry, employers, registered training organisations and community stakeholders. The role requires a client centric approach and a relationship management focus for internal and external clients and stakeholders, and will contribute to Skills Tasmania’s Core Systems Replacement Project.
