Job description:
The Practice Quality Assurance Lead Practitioner provides professional practice leadership in managing contemporary and contentious issues. This position provides high quality and responsive oversight in responding to care concerns, complaints and complex sensitive issues.
Working in close collaboration with staff within the Office of the Chief Practitioner, the position will have a high degree of influence over professional practice improvement activities aligned with best-practice standards, relating to care concerns and complains. The role leads and champions change, continuous learning, and improvement efforts to strengthen service delivery outcomes across the State. It works under the direction of the Practice Quality Assurance Principal.
The role contributes to the development, implementation, and monitoring of professional practice frameworks, policy development, governance, and practice review within the Office of the Chief Practitioner.
