Job Responsibilities:

The incumbent will be responsible for assisting the Manager by supervising the daily operation of CS center, handling enquiries / complaints / feedback of customer and delivering quality customer service.

Job Requirements:

  • Bachelor Degree with professional insurance qualification (e.g. IIQE, FLMI)
  • Minimum 5 years working experience and preferably with supervising experience in life insurance and solid customer relationship management experience
  • Preferably with CS center working experience
  • Excellent customer-service mindset with effective interpersonal and communication skill
  • Able to work independently and willing to work overtime
  • Positive, attentive to details and good organizing skills
  • Conversant with MS Word, Excel and Chinese Word Processing
  • Proficient in spoken & written English and Chinese
  • Preference will be given to candidates with good command of spoken Mandarin; proficiency in other Chinese dialects will be an asset
  • Candidate with less experience may be considered as Senior Customer Services Officer
