Job Responsibilities:
The incumbent will be managed a team to handle expense management control and monitoring for all departments, centralized procurement process, annual budgeting exercise, expense forecast and company KPI. In addition, he/she is expected to communicate and coordinate with departments on expenses and procurement matters
  • Degree holder in Accountancy, Finance, Business Administration or equivalent
  • Qualified Accountant
  • 10 years working experience in financial institution or life insurer with strong cost control experience preferable
  • Perform expense management control and monitoring for all departments including due diligence of business cases
  • Perform due diligence on procurements submitted to Centralized Procurement Committee for review and act as Centralized Procurement Committee secretary
  • Arrange training to staff on expense management and procurement
  • Lead the execution of annual budgeting process
  • Responsible for the tracking and due diligence of company level KPI for submissions to BOCHK
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills
  • Detail-oriented, independent and able to work under pressure
  • Fluent in both spoken and written English and Chinese, including Mandarin
  • Excellent computer skills in PowerPoint, MS Word, Excel & Chinese Word Processing
