Job Responsibilities:
- Provide advice to the first line of defence on insurance regulatory requirements
- Collaborate closely with relevant stakeholders and participate/assist in regulatory compliance-related projects, product initiatives and system launch / enhancement, etc.
- Review policies and procedures, compliance manuals etc. in accordance with the relevant laws and regulations
- Conduct compliance reviews
- Knowledge / experience on staff dealing, SFO disclosure of interests, FATCA/CRS and/or personal data privacy would be an advantage
- Ad-hoc tasks as assigned by management from time to time
Job Requirements:
- Degree holder or above in Insurance, Banking, Law or related disciplines
- At least 5 years' experience in regulatory compliance, preferably in insurance, banking or regulatory bodies
- Knowledge in insurance products, regulatory requirements and the market practice
- Strong sense of ownership. Good stakeholder management and communication skills with flexibility and adaptability to changes.
- Proficiency in both written and spoken English and Chinese (including Mandarin)
- Applicants with less experience might be considered for an assistant manager role
