• You have read and agree to MOHG’s Privacy Policy found at www.mandarinoriental.com/privacy-policy, including MOHG collecting, retaining and processing your name, transaction data, contact details, other personal information (including sensitive data e.g. medical conditions) and demographics (collectively, “Personal Data”) from the information you provide to MOHG and/or which may be obtained from others during the application process (for example information and feedback from interviews, tests and assessments, and other employment related administration), in order for MOHG to administer and process your application and respond to your enquiries, including preparation of employment documents and processing any psychometric testing you may agree to participate in. In doing so, your Personal Data will be shared with MOHG’s global network of companies and its service providers, which may be transferred to, processed in and stored at a country outside your country of residence (including outside the EU/EEA).
