Role Description:
The University of Delaware Programming Board (the Crew) is a student led organization that fosters school spirit, awareness, diversity and inclusion through a variety programs. The Crew creates, organizes and facilitates high quality, diverse, and entertaining and educational activities for the students as well as the entire University of Delaware community. The Crew provides a creative, friendly, and inclusive environment for students to gain hands-on experience in the selection and development of programs including, comedy, music, lectures, major events, and co-sponsored events.

Director of Marketing & Design (2)
Director of Membership
Director of Music
Director of Spirit & Traditions
Director of Variety
Director of Assessment

Qualifications:

Maintain a cumulative GPA of 2.5 for director positions

Maintain status of a full time student at the University of Delaware
-
Attend weekly executive board meetings and general meetings
-
Attend regularly scheduled meetings with the direct advisor.

Work at least two (2) Perkins Live event per semester
-
Support programs through all areas of the University of Delaware Programming Board including staffing events
-
Work a minimum of 3 scheduled office hours per week in the office

Meet with Event Services for preparation of events as outlined in programmer’s training
-
Meet all deadlines as outlined by the advisor and organization

Maintain respectful relationships with all members of the Crew and University Student Centers Staff

Attend all retreats and trainings as scheduled (mandatory fall training in August 2026)

Maintain communication and responsibilities during Winter and Summer breaks able to attend fall training in August
