Coordinator Bethlehem
This position provides varied and complex administrative support to the Institute of Functional Materials and Devices (I-FMD), including event management, administrative management, communication and marketing, and budget management. The position will also support events and administrative needs of facilities and programs under the management of I-FMD, such as the annual Lehigh Microscopy School run by the Materials Characterization Facility (MCF) and events run by the Integrated Nanofabrication & Cleanroom Facility (INCF).
Director of Instrumentation Bethlehem
The Director of Instrumentation oversees all aspects of managing the Department of Chemistry's shared instrumentation facility. Instruments include two high-field NMR instruments, a MALDI and an LC-MS, and several smaller instruments such as FT-IRs, UV-VIS, GC, HPLC, etc. Instrument maintenance, cryogen fills (liquid He and liquid N2), consultation with users, and user training are part of the routine activities for this person. Special tasks include helping with new instrument selection, site preparation, and helping with instrument installation.
Assistant Director of Housing Services Partial Remote, Bethlehem
The Assistant Director of Housing Services is a 12-month, professional position reporting to the Associate Director of Housing Services within the Finance and Administration Division. This position oversees facilities management which directly affects the quality of student life for those students living on campus. In addition, this position coordinates all aspects of life safety in both graduate and undergraduate residential areas. The Assistant Director will also manage all administrative and operational functions within University housing. This position assists in managing student billing for all housing and dining charges. The Assistant Director serves as a liaison to a variety of offices and partners across Lehigh's campus. In addition, the Assistant Director participates in various Housing Services projects and campus wide initiatives. Support for professional development opportunities will be provided and is strongly encouraged.
Engineering Program Coordinator Partial Remote, Bethlehem
The Engineering Program Coordinator provides essential operational, logistical, and administrative support for the First-Year Rossin Experience (FYRE) program and key Dean's Office initiatives within the college. Reporting to the Program Manager, this role is instrumental in ensuring the smooth day-to-day execution of FYRE's three pillars (Integrated Practica, Core-Competency Proficiency, and Co-Curricular Engagement) through direct student support, event planning, and resource management. The Coordinator also plays a vital part in managing the operational aspects of the Capstone Design program, supporting College-wide awards and symposia, and overseeing K-12 STEM outreach efforts. This position serves as the operational backbone for critical programs, strengthening the overall engineering student experience and supporting broader institutional goals.
Director of Strategic Projects & Analysis Partial Remote, Bethlehem
The Director of Strategic Projects & Analysis for Finance & Administration is a critical, high-visibility, and execution-focused role within the Division of Finance and Administration (F&A). This position reports directly to the Vice President for Finance & Administration (VP F&A) and is a member of the Finance Team and the F&A executive leadership team. The Director is responsible for financial analysis in ad-hoc and routine projects, as well as initiating, leading, managing, and executing the division's most important cross-functional projects and strategic change initiatives.
Director of Development, College of Education Partial Remote, Bethlehem
Responsible for serving as the primary Development Officer for the College of Education, developing and executing a comprehensive fundraising strategy to help the College meet its goals and objectives. Will provide the College's fundraising efforts with creative and energetic direction and work to increase the number of engaged donors, particularly at the major and principal gift levels, while working closely with the Dean of the College of Education to ensure proper coordination of efforts within the College and across the University.
Administrative Supervisor, Admissions Partial Remote, Bethlehem
Responsible for administrative and business processes within the office of Admissions. This position supervises (currently four) support coordinators who serve as front-line customer service representatives, and manages the budget for the Office (approx. $1M). This role provides executive level support for the Director of Admission and V.P. for Admissions & Financial Aid.

The Department of Mathematics in the College of Arts and Sciences at Lehigh University seeks a motivated and talented Postdoctoral Research Associate to contribute to our research initiatives and academic programs. This role offers a unique opportunity to work with Professor Yue Yu in the field of Applied/Computational Mathematics. Research topics of interest include numerical methods for scientific machine learning and AI, and their applications to various science and engineering disciplines.
