Position Number: S79240

This position is a Grade: 10 - 40 with an approximate salary range of $65,290-$79,430 and is subject to change based on experience, skills and qualifications.

Your key responsibilities will include:

• Responsible for the daily management of the Nursing Department to include: Schedule Nurses/Medical Assistants to provide adequate coverage of the Health Center.
• Develop, review and communicate clinical nursing protocols and patient care procedures book and update as necessary.
• Assess patient needs.
• Oversee and supervise nursing and medical assistant staff in the delivery of clinical services.
• Develop utilization management and quality assurance reports related to the delivery of patient nursing care.
• Maintain current state licensure for RN and all relevant certifications.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's Degree in Nursing, a related field or the equivalent combination of education and experience
• Five to eight years of related work experience
• BLS certification required
• Board Certified in Ambulatory Care preferred
