Join Lehigh University's dynamic Office of the Registrar and help shape the future of higher education! As a Systems Manager, you'll play a pivotal role in managing our Student Information System (SIS) while supporting one of Pennsylvania's most prestigious institutions.

Position Number: S80050

This position is a Grade: 10 - 40 with an approximate salary range of $66,270 - $80,620 and is subject to change based on experience, skills and qualifications.

Key Responsibilities:
• Manage and configure the Ellucian Banner Student module and associated systems (e.g., DegreeWorks, CourseLeaf) to ensure optimal efficiency and accuracy
• Coordinate system updates, testing, and production installation for Registrar software
• Troubleshoot, investigate, and resolve system problems, coordinating with users, programmers, and vendors (Ellucian)
• Administer security and ensure compliance with university policies and FERPA guidelines.
• Design, develop, and maintain operational reports, queries, dashboards, and visualizations using university reporting tools (currently Evisions Argos)
• Ensure data accuracy and integrity across all systems and reports, utilizing Oracle SQL scripts as needed.
• Oversee the reporting of enrollment and degree data to the National Student Clearinghouse
• Provide training, documentation, and technical assistance to Banner users within the Registrar's office and campus-wide
• Serve as the primary technology liaison between the Registrar’s office and Library and Technology Services (LTS)

Qualifications:
• Bachelor's Degree in Higher Ed, Computer Science, Business or a related field or the equivalent combination of education and experience
• Three to five years related work experience
• Demonstrated knowledge of student information systems, preferably Ellucian Banner products (SIS, Document Management Suite, Ellucian Workflow, Oracle SQL, Argos or similar advanced reporting tool)
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Excellent analytical and decision making skills
• Proven ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously
