Administrative Manager - Iacocca Institute Bethlehem
The Iacocca Institute Administrative Manager is an integral part of the tight-knit team and is the front-line professional working across the program teams to ensure that all operational, logistical and administrative processes of Iacocca Institute programming are planned and executed in a cost-efficient, well-organized and timely manner to the highest standard possible.
Program Director, Lehigh Valley Equitable Entrepreneurship Project Bethlehem
Responsible for kickoff and daily operations of the Lehigh Valley Equitable Entrepreneurship Project, a US Economic Development Administration University Center program led by the Lehigh University Small Business Development Center. The Project will research and promote supplier diversity, local sourcing, and capital access opportunities for small businesses in the Lehigh Valley. This position reports to the Director of the SBDC and is funded for up to 5 years.
Coordinator, Fleet Services Bethlehem
Responsible for monitoring the University's fleet of approximately 140 vehicles, ensuring they are properly licensed, inspected and that preventive maintenance is performed on a regular basis. Will coordinate repairs and delegate daily assignments to our three Mechanic’s and one Mechanic's Assistant, audit timesheets vs. work orders, oversee inventory of parts necessary to support the operation of our repair shop and maintain fleet vehicle accident records.

Laboratory Manager Bethlehem
This position is responsible for the operation of the teaching labs and core research facilities of the Health/Science/Technology (HST) building, including billing, budget tracking, safety and instruction/training, maintenance records, equipment operations, standards, and policies. The position is individually responsible for all of the day-to-day operations of the core research facilities and teaching labs and equipment. The HST building houses 12,000 square feet of laboratory space, utilized by laboratory researchers, undergraduate and graduate students, and post-docs.
