Assistant Coach, Rowing Bethlehem
The Assistant Coach provides leadership and direction to all facets of the Rowing program in advancing the mission of the University and Department of Athletics. Specific areas of responsibility include sport specific coaching, recruitment, student-athlete development, program administration and program advancement yielding agreed upon results. All activities shall be conducted within the policies and resource framework of the University, the Athletics Department, the Patriot League and the NCAA.
Information Specialist Bethlehem
The Information Specialist is responsible for designing, testing, generating and troubleshooting reports, dashboards, scorecards and visualizations in support of many and varied Human Resources data needs. Runs audits for benefits, payroll, compensation and employment. Generates reports and data needs to comply with federal and state employer reporting requirements. Supports user needs on third-party systems such as Benefitfocus, PageUp, Equifax, LVHN, Energage, etc.

Program Coordinator, Iacocca Institute Bethlehem

The Digital and Design Director, Marketing and Communications is a strong leader, strategic partner, creative thinker, project manager and deft executor for all Development and Alumni Relations projects, managing an array of digital and design requests, developing plans for a range of needs and goals, building digital and design assets to help with storytelling and fundraising, ensuring platform accessibility, and measuring success through robust analytics. The director will work closely with leadership on digital and design strategies in support of the University's comprehensive campaign, and partner with program managers on projects such as reunions, University events, giving days, annual fundraising campaigns and stewardship projects. The director will oversee a digital specialist, interactive designer and graphic designer.
Project Manager, CRM Implementation Bethlehem
The System Implementation Project Manager is responsible for the planning, execution, monitoring and closing of Development and Alumni Relation's system implementation project. While this position is not a technical position, experience and knowledge managing system implementation projects will be important. The System Implementation Project Manager will be the primary project team member responsible for coordinating all aspects of the project that will ensure its success. This will be a 2 year term position aligned with the implementation project timeline.

This position is responsible for managing the Scholarship Stewardship Program and stewardship activities for capital projects and facility donors. In addition to managing programs that steward targeted groups of donors to these areas, this individual will also work collaboratively with DAR and University staff to develop and execute highly customized stewardship plans or deliverables for individual donors. Other responsibilities include resolving questions, performing or assisting with other processes and projects as needed and managing work-study students.
