A/R Systems Support Coordinator Bethlehem
The purpose of this position is to provide support to the Systems Manager of the Bursar’s Office in ensuring accuracy of information in Banner AR, for both student and non-student accounts. The position consults with various departments of the university to obtain the information necessary to process the department charges. The A/R Systems support Coordinator manages external and non-student billing and serves as the secondary point of contact for all aspects of the student health insurance plans, as well as a backup to other staff positions within the Bursar's Office.
