The Project Manager for College Advancement will play a key role in supporting the planning, execution, and management of initiatives aimed at strengthening the college's advancement efforts. This individual will work closely with leadership, staff, alumni, donors, and external stakeholders to ensure that College Advancement programs are executed effectively, efficiently, and in alignment with the colleges’ mission and strategic goals. The ideal candidate will have excellent organizational, communication, and project management skills, as well as a deep commitment to supporting the college’s advancement and fundraising objectives.

Senior Project Specialist Bethlehem
The Project Specialist for Research Systems is a Library & Technology Services (LTS) managed position that provides support, expertise, and strategic direction for specialized applications for the Office of the Vice Provost for Research (OVPR) and sub-departments. This role serves as the primary point of contact and system support for LIRA, the Lehigh Integrated Research Administration system. This position will receive technical direction and management from LTS while being functionally led and have priorities set by the leadership of the OVPR, primarily the Assistant Vice Provost for Research and Sponsored Programs. LIRA is the university’s electronic research administration system for research proposal development and submission, sponsored research agreement initiation, review, acceptance, and research award administration. It is also the university’s system of record for collecting disclosures for Conflict of Interest and Financial Conflict of Interest Related to Research. This position will manage user access to the LIRA system and will work collaboratively with LTS and the OVPR to develop reports based on LIRA data.
